    not received my order and no response from Saluxis

    I ordered one product and received it without any problem, however, I then ordered two more and did not receive them. I wrote to Saluxis and they never responded but I note that I have also not received any refund for the items. If anyone at Saluxis sees this, I would appreciate a response.
