Shipping policy

It is important that if you did not see a confirmation email that you check your Spam and Promotional folders.

Free shipping with orders $175 or greater within the 48 contiguous states. For orders that are 0-5 lbs in weight, your shipping will be $7.99 for Standard Ground shipping. For orders over 5lbs in weight, your shipping will be $9.99 for Standard Ground shipping. All Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico orders will have an added flat fee of $14.95 for shipping.  

Shipping Alert

We are seeing some delivery delays, premature delivery confirmations and package tracking issues. Saluxis Essentials is still fulfilling orders in a timely manner, typically within 3-5 business days. However, there may be some delays and/or inconsistencies with the carriers. Once a package leaves Saluxis Essentials, we have no control over delivery times, delays, updates, tracking information or delivery confirmation and because of this we cannot refund or replace orders that are subject to loss or theft. We thank you for your understanding and your support of Saluxis Essentials.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS. We will ship products to the address you enter on the order form.

PACKING AND HANDLING. All products ordered by you shall be packed in accordance with our standard practices. We will not accept and cannot accommodate any special requests for custom containers, packing, crating, boxing or bundling.

RISK OF LOSS. All products are shipped EXW and you shall bear the risk of loss upon our delivery of the products to the common carrier at our shipping location. Any claims for loss, shortage or damage to the products arising following our delivery to the common carrier should be submitted to the common carrier.
